1. Who we are

pingulovegames.com is a free browser games website run by pingulovegames, Norway (also called pingulove games, "we" or "us"). You can reach us by email at pingulovegames@outlook.com.

By using this website and playing the games on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Free games for personal use

All games on this site are free to play in your browser. You do not need an account. You may play the games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and you are welcome to share links to our pages.

You may not copy, re-host, embed on another website, sell or otherwise redistribute our games, artwork, music or text without our written permission. You may not try to break, overload or misuse the website, or use automated tools to scrape it in a way that harms the service.

3. Copyright

The games, graphics, characters, music, sounds and texts on this site belong to pingulovegames unless something else is stated. Short clips and screenshots for reviews, videos and streams are fine, as long as you credit pingulovegames.com.

4. Progress and saved data

Game progress, settings and high scores are saved in your own browser on your device. If you clear your browser data, use private browsing or switch device, your progress may be lost. We cannot restore saved progress.

5. Advertising and third-party links

To keep the games free, the site may show advertising from third parties such as Google in the future. Ads and the cookies they use are described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. The site also links to other websites, such as itch.io, TikTok and ko-fi.com. We are not responsible for the content or the terms of those websites.

6. Children

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The games are provided "as is" and free of charge. We do our best to keep them working, but we cannot promise that the site or every game will always be available, error free or work on every device. To the extent allowed by Norwegian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, including lost game progress.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
