pingulovegamesHi! pingulove games makes free, silly little games that you play in your browser. This page explains, in plain words, what information is processed when you visit pingulovegames.com and play our games, why, and what choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.

We do not have user accounts, we do not use any analytics tools, we do not ask for your name, and we do not sell your personal data.
3Advertising and Google AdSense
To keep our games free, we plan to show ads through Google AdSense. This may include H5 Games Ads, which are short ads between levels and optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward inside some games. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC are responsible for their own processing as separate controllers.
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info and www.youronlinechoices.eu.

Your consent
Visitors from the EEA (including Norway), the UK and Switzerland will see a consent message from a consent management platform (CMP) certified by Google that uses the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework. We use Google Privacy & messaging, which will be activated when ads are enabled. Ad cookies and personalised ads are only used if you agree. If you say no, you may still see non personalised or "limited" ads, which are based on things like the game you are playing and your rough location, not on a profile of you.
Change your mind at any time:
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies and site storage may break game saves.
4Children
Our games are made to be fun for everyone, including kids. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and nothing on the site asks for names, photos or contact details.
- In Norway, a child must be at least 13 years old to consent on their own to online services that process personal data (personopplysningsloven § 5). Children under 13 need a parent or guardian to agree.
- We do not want children to get personalised ads. When ads are enabled, we will set up Google's settings for users under the age of consent so that only non personalised ads are requested for them.
- When ads are enabled, we will use the blocking controls in AdSense to keep ads in unsuitable categories, such as gambling and dating, off this site.
- Parents or guardians: if you think your child has sent us personal data (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
5Other sites and platforms
- Our games are also published on other platforms, itch.io and Foundplay, and some pages link there. When you play on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply, and they may show their own ads.
- We do not currently embed videos on this site. Links to our YouTube channel and other services take you to those services, which have their own policies.
- Once ads are enabled, ad scripts and images are loaded from Google's servers, which see your IP address in order to deliver the files.
6Transfers outside the EEA
Google, Cloudflare and other vendors may process data in countries outside the EEA, such as the USA. Such transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the USA where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7Your rights
Under the GDPR (which applies in Norway through the Personal Data Act) you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- rectification of incorrect data
- erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time (using the button above). This does not affect processing that happened before
Email [email protected]. We will answer within one month. Because we do not have accounts, we often hold no data that can identify you. Data held by Google is best managed in your Google settings or through Google directly.
You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.no), or to the data protection authority where you live.
8Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and we keep the amount of data we handle as small as possible.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we enable ads or add new games or ad partners. The date at the top always shows the latest version. For big changes we will show a notice on the site and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
