About the game

Gnome Ice Dance

Gnome Ice Dance is a one tap skating game. A little gnome in a red hat skates round and round a frozen pond in a snowy forest under the northern lights. The ice has two lanes, an inner one and an outer one. Switch between them to collect gingerbread cookies and steer clear of the snowmen that pop up in your path. The gnome keeps speeding up, so the dance gets wilder the longer you last.

How to play

On a phone, tap anywhere to switch between the inner and the outer lane.
On a computer, press Space, Enter, W or the Up arrow to switch lanes. M toggles sound.
Grab gingerbread cookies for points. Each cookie in a row raises your combo, and every cookie is worth your current combo.
Bump into a snowman and the run is over.

Tips

Letting a cookie slip past breaks your combo, so try to grab every one.
Snowmen pop up out of the snow ahead of you. Keep an eye on the lane in front of the gnome.
You skate faster and faster, so switch lanes a little early rather than at the last moment.
Do not chase a cookie if a snowman is right behind it in the same lane.
