About the game
Fjord Sort
Fjord Sort is a calm color-sorting puzzle set on a wooden pier beside a misty Norwegian fjord. Glass flasks are filled with layers of glacier dyes in every color, and your job is to sort them so that each flask holds only one color. The game has 30 handcrafted levels that start as gentle warm-ups and build up to tricky puzzles with two full shelves. Snowy mountains, a little red cabin and soft pouring sounds keep it relaxing all the way through.
How to play
Tap a flask to lift its top color, then tap another flask to pour into it. A color can only go onto the same color or into an empty flask, and each flask holds four layers. A level is cleared when every flask is empty or filled with a single color, and finished flasks get a cork. You earn one to three stars depending on how close you get to the best possible number of moves.
Controls
- Tap or click a flask to select it, then tap another flask to pour.
- Undo, Restart, Hint and Levels buttons are at the bottom of the screen.
- Keyboard: Z or Backspace = Undo, R = Restart, H = Hint.
Tips
- Keep an empty flask free for as long as you can, because it is your most useful tool.
- Before you pour, look for the color that sits on top in the most flasks and try to gather it first.
- Pouring moves a whole run of the same color at once, so stacking matching layers saves moves.
- If you get stuck, Undo is free. Use Hint when you are really stuck, then try to beat your star score on a replay.
